Terms of Service

In this agreement, "the Company" means Simplefield and its affiliates. "The Services" means anything we offer, which breaks down into two parts: (a) the guidance platform or "Platform" that the Company or its partners host and run; (b) the practice materials or "Materials" you access on your device.

1. Grant of a Limited License

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you get a license to use the Services. You can't: (a) use the Services for anything commercial or outside of personal slow-living practice; (b) scrape, hack, or mess with the materials tied to the Services; (c) give anyone unauthorized access to the Services, including selling or sharing retreat spots; (d) break the Services in any way—the Platform, Materials, or other people's experience; (e) break any laws while using the Services.

2. Eligibility

You're saying you can legally sign this agreement where you live, or you're a parent or guardian signing for a minor.

3. Ownership

Everything about the Services belongs to the Company or its partners. That includes accounts, text, images, photos, artwork, data, guidance materials, and original content.

4. User Accounts

The Company can suspend, delete, or change your account whenever it wants, for any reason, no warning needed.

5. Indemnity

The Company isn't responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense from the Services. That covers lost access to guides, retreat spots, accounts, rankings, data, or broken devices. Service interruptions aren't our problem either. Connection failures, technical errors, missing parts of the Services, or slow performance—those are on you. You agree to cover the Company for any loss, claim, liability, damage, or expense it runs into because of how you use the Services.

6. Termination

The Company can end this agreement whenever, for any reason, without telling you.

7. Changes to this Agreement or the Services

The Company can change this agreement or the Services anytime.
